とらふぐ亭本八幡店を利用してきました。
京成本八幡駅の北口とロケーション的には本八幡でもメインではない場所にありますが、半地下の店舗は落ち着いていて、清潔感がありました。
泳ぎとらふぐコース（4,980円）を堪能してきました。
料理は、「皮刺し」⇒「てっさ」⇒「ふぐから」⇒「てっちり」⇒「雑炊」⇒「デザート」
と進みました。
「てっちり」のふぐは捌いたばかりでピクピク動いており、新鮮さを物語っています。
歯ごたえあるあっさり感はやっぱりふぐならではですよね！
「ふぐから」の衣がちょっと濃い味で、ふぐの肉が肉厚でなかったのが気になりましたが（ふぐはふぐからが個人的に一番好きなので）、この値段で食べられるコースのふぐ、ということで満足でした。
あ、単品追加で「焼き白子」を頼んだのですが、これもトロッとフワッと熱々でとても美味しかったですよ。
とにかく一度ふぐを食べてみたい、会社などの宴会でリーズナブルに高級食材を、という方にはもってこいなのではないでしょうか？
敷居の高いふぐを、普通に食べさせてくれるという意味ではとてもよいお店（チェーン）なのだと思います。
クーポンも多い店なので、チェックしてから行かれると良いでしょう＾＾
