Even with high-quality meat, the taste can vary depending on how you cut it, so we are particular about the cutting. The direction of the blade is carefully adjusted by determining how the fat and fibers enter each part. Cut into pieces to bring out the maximum flavor. In particular, hormones require careful preparation, and in addition to being carefully cut, they are also thoroughly washed, and are delivered odor-free. Please take your time and enjoy the taste of the meat, which has been prepared with the idea that ``we want you to eat truly delicious meat.''

The specialty salted ribs are cut into thick pieces and eaten with a special wasabi soy sauce, allowing you to enjoy the natural flavor of Wagyu beef. Our signature menu items, the fresh medium loin and top loin, are purposely served in thin slices. In addition, we also have rare A5 rank parts such as the Shintama located under the inner thigh. For thin meat with marbling, we recommend grilling it quickly, just enough to get brown marks on the surface. Please feel free to ask our staff, who will explain in detail the degree of doneness that is appropriate for each part.

For example, the salted short ribs are served with a wasabi and soy sauce sauce that is a blend of wasabi and horseradish. The core of the ribs is served with a Japanese-style dashi sauce. We also have sauces that use plenty of fruit to give you a natural sweetness. Please enjoy the harmonious deliciousness of the carefully prepared sauce and high-quality meat.

The restaurant has a modern Japanese atmosphere and a homely atmosphere, with a total of 35 seats including bench sofas and table seats. Not only can you have a dinner date or a casual drinking party with friends, but you can also rent out the restaurant for large parties. We are open for lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, so please feel free to have a lunch or have a meal with your children. Additionally, in February 2023, our second store [Keihanare] opened a 5-minute walk from our store. Please take advantage of our new store as well.
