Asahiki Suigodori from Katori City is carefully skewered and grilled. Delicious yakitori depends not only on the ingredients, but also on the amount of salt, the degree of grilling, and the timing of serving! Please enjoy the moderate elasticity of fresh chicken and the taste of the ingredients. For Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), we use ``Japan's best eggs,'' which are raised with care in terms of feed and environment. The deep orange yolk is so elastic that it won't fall apart even if you stick a dozen toothpicks into it. Please also enjoy the ``Special Egg Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)'', which uses three luxurious eggs.

Special dishes made with fresh eel! We use fresh ingredients purchased from the market and grill them over charcoal to create a fragrant aroma. Since we use Bincho charcoal, you can enjoy fluffy eel. We don't skimp on the rice either, using chewy rice from Mutsuzawa-cho, Chiba Prefecture. Please take a look at the delicious rice mixed with the homemade sauce ♪ We also recommend that you try the eel liver skewers. Enjoy not only juicy yakitori but also our signature eel dishes.

We recommend the ``Super Carbonated Kaku Highball,'' which is mixed with strong carbonated soda poured from a dedicated server. There are counter seats perfect for a solo drink, spacious table seats, and a tatami room on the second floor that can accommodate as few as 4 people to as many as 80 people. We also have a 2-hour all-you-can-drink plan that can be reserved for 2 people or more, so please use it after work or for a drinking party with your neighbors.
