自称カレー王改め居酒屋王です。
オレは酒が好きです。
中でもウイスキーロックが好き。
よくウイスキーはひと口で3度のカホリを楽しめると言いますが、1度のカホリを楽しむ前に吞み干すくらい好きです。
他にもビールや日本酒や焼酎やワインやカクテルだけでなく、なんなら養命酒やみりんに至るまで何でも好きです。
要するに単なる呑兵衛です。
好きな事を出来る時に好きなだけやったもん勝ちだと思ってます。
だもんだから、いい酒場を常に求めています。
ここは7373という居酒屋ですが、何を食べてもウマい。
決して舌が肥えた方々をウィンウィン唸らすとか高級食材を楽しむいう感じではなく、オレに馴染むというか、オレの歩んできた人生に寄り添ってくれるというか、おふくろの味って訳でもないのにホッとしちゃうというか。
よく人間関係を表現する時にウマが合うとかいいますが、料理にもそういうウマがあるのだと思います。
料理は料理人の思考そのものを表しているとも考えられるので、オレと7373の料理人はきっとウマが合うのだろうと勝手に想像して勝手に興奮してます。
何だチミは？と言われるかもしれませんがね。
いや、でもやっぱり思うな。
「美味しい料理を作る人」と「その人の料理をいつも美味しいと思う人」はきっとウマが合うんじゃないかな。
