Our restaurant serves Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made with domestically raised Daisen chicken. The pieces are larger than regular Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and are juicy without losing too much fat. Each piece is carefully prepared and grilled over high-quality binchotan charcoal. We use freshly butchered Daisen chicken, so we are particular about freshness. Our specialty dishes include the plump hatsu and white liver, which has a texture similar to foie gras. Our dishes are so popular that customers call us the best in the area.
