10年以上前、食べログ参加以前に
夜の呑み利用で入ったコトはありましたが
あまり印象に残っておらず
夜はフツーにブナンな居酒屋チェーンでしょー。
今回は昼メシ利用でイってみました。
「かつ丼（ミニうどん付き）」
●かつ
お手頃かつ丼チェーン的な
ちょっとチープな肉質。
揚げ衣は玉子とじのおつゆで
完全にベチャベチャ。
とじつゆにはタマネギが入っていて
味わい自体はバランスよし。
●ごはん
玉子とじで全体的にベシャっとな。
こーゆーのがスキなヒトもいるでしょーけど。
●ミニうどん
きつねうどんですな。
お揚げさんが１枚。ワカメが少々。
おつゆは昆布出汁がツヨめ。
麺はよくあるアレですよん。
●漬物
白菜の浅漬けが小皿に少し。
トクチョーはナイけど、そこそこ旨い。
ナンてゆーか…
かつ丼だけでの判断はキケンでしょーけど、
ショージキなトコロ、こんなモンかな、って
そんな感じですね。想定内ってヤツです。
肉質がイイに越したコトはナイけど
サクサク衣にふんわりトロッと玉子とじ…なんて
職人技をキタイするほーがアレでございましょー。
でもハライッパイにはなりましたぜ。
