平日19時頃来た、店内は先客4組ほど
個人経営の居酒屋で、アットホームな雰囲気があると共に、店内は著名人のサインがぎっしりで有名な店なのだろうか
瓶ビール、ゆず酒、梅干しサワー、お通しのもずく、卵焼き(甘いタイプ)、牛すじ煮込み、タコの土佐酢和え、ふぐの唐揚げ、野菜チャンプルー、しいたけ焼き、鮭茶漬けを注文、2人で1万円、適切な価格
総合的に非常にハイレベルだった、どれも手造り感がある割に、庶民的な味になりすぎず、しっかりプロの味
お通しのもずく
これ物凄く旨かった、芯のしっかりした立派なもずくで、出汁がしっかりしてた
卵焼き
甘いタイプの卵焼きで、信じられないくらいフワッフワ、その上砂糖たっぷりタイプの卵焼きで、相当ハイレベルなんじゃないか？
牛すじ煮込み
プルプルの牛すじは見事な柔らかさの煮込まれ具合、野菜たちも味が染み込んでる
タコの土佐酢和え
シャキシャキのタコとキュウリ、ワカメの酢の物トリオがいい塩梅
ふぐの唐揚げ
骨を残したタイプの唐揚げだが、しっかりと肉厚でウマイ
野菜チャンプルー
要するに野菜炒め、肉とキノコがあるおかげで、油の旨味が向上してる、量も凄くこれだけで定食いけるだろう
しいたけ焼き
上質なしいたけ
鮭茶漬け
やはりお出汁のお茶が美味しい、鮭も塩気が絶妙で、ワサビを溶かすとパンチのある味わいになった
