At the carving station where the chef will greet you, you can enjoy roast pork (lunch only) and roast beef (dinner only) that are cut and finished right in front of you. The slow and carefully grilled meat is moist and tender, and the more you bite into it, the more flavor you will feel. You can choose from two types of sauce: tomato sauce and gravy.
