最近、やたらとカウンター狙いです！
寿司、居酒屋、鰻屋・・・
日曜の昼なんで最初はパスタ狙いだったのですが、
なんか、目指すメニューが無くて・・・
お隣の天ぷらにしました。
ステモは11：00開店なんで助かります！
久々のつな八です。
カウンターも空いてたので迷わずゲット！
￥1512の昼膳を頼みました。
それと最近定番のお酒、
今日は八海山をぬる燗で。
職人さん２名で結構忙しそう。
一名は仕込専門で背を向けています・・・
だったら裏でやればいいのに・・・
海老、白身、いか、かき揚、野菜の計６品です。
目の前のお皿に海老、いか、オクラと
小気味よく揚げたてがやってきます。
揚げたてはやっぱ旨いよね～・・・
でも、揚げ方がいまいちかな～
職人さんによって変わるので仕方ないですね～
街場の天ぷら屋さんなら大将一人で充分なんですけど。
柏に名店２つありますけど、
どちらも値段の割に凄い技です。
今は食の世界も人材不足ですからね～
揚げ場に立つだけでも大変なんでしょ・・・
連れはここで、
定番のアイスクリームの天ぷらを追加注文！
これも久々です。
１０年前はもっと旨かったような・・・
これも時代の流れかな～
このお値段で文句言えませんけど。
ただ、今日の職人さんで
値段高い定食、頼まなくて正解かも・・・
無難にカウンター天ぷらでした。
