つな八は揚げたて天ぷらのチェーン店。天一など高級店と違い食べ物自体は高級だが、普段着で行ける店。アルコール類もやけに高いものはなく、あくまで天ぷらを楽しむことに徹している営業姿勢が良い。いつも刺身がセットになった潮コースをたのむ。生ビールとワインを飲んで5千円。一回の食事に丁度いい価格設定だ。シーズンによって内容が変わるのがよい。今回ハタハタがうまかった。
