Kashiwa's Japanese Japanese-style meal restaurant ``Ajisuzutei Waka''. It is said that the Japanese word for Japanese-style meal is ``Kaori no Kaori'', which is read as ``Nodoka''. There are many restaurants near the east exit of Kashiwa Station. I will go up to the second floor of the building and ask you. A clean store that has only been around for a while. For lunch, the restaurant recommended a 2,420 yen course menu called "Moe Kaiseki." Since this was recently, the prices may have changed a little. The first dish is snow crab and yam dumplings. The yam is grated and the snow crab meat is sealed in agar. Another dish is the Kinutamaki with Japanese swordfish and ginger. The daikon radish has a nice crispy texture. It's quite a delicate dish to make for lunch. The bowl is Chinese cabbage paste, grilled green onions, and shichimi chili pepper. The sweet scent that wafts through the piping hot soup is actually green onions. As expected, you can really feel the gentle taste of vegetables. Sashimi: We are proud of our fresh fish delivered directly from Sado, so today I decided on cold yellowtail. Just as I was thinking about this, the yellowtail came out. Even though it's a charm that the freshness is so-so, why do you eat seared bonito in Sado? Even though I was hoping for the fatness of the returned bonito, it might have been a little late in the season... Maybe it's a lost bonito? Steamed spinach chawan mushi, crab paste, ginger. Japanese people really like crab. Deep Fried food Oyster with deep-fried Oyster in early winter have a fluffy sweetness and are delicious! The meal was sea bream rice, mitsuba, and red soup stock. It reminded me of the sea bream rice I had in Tomonoura. It goes great with red soup stock. I'd like a second helping. It came with a dessert of strawberries and ice cream.
