2月14日(日)のお昼に行きました。
このお店は随分久しぶりです。
前回の緊急事態宣言中はテイクアウトのみの営業期間が長かったようでなかなか利用できませんでした。
カウンターに座りました。カウンターと丸い回転椅子はスナックみたいな造りですね。
白蒲定食(3,900円）で蒲焼は鰻丼にしてもらいました。白焼は別途お皿に盛りつけます。
今日は注文から到着まで15分位で出てきたのですが、基本的には注文を受けてから生鰻を捌き始めるようです。
白焼きはわさび醤油で食べます。
今日の鰻は鹿児島産だそうですが、白焼きはとても脂が乗っていました。
蒲焼もホクホクです。
おいしく頂きました。
