柏にいました。
うなぎ植きん。柏銀座通りの鰻屋さんです。
感染症対策も、しっかりやりながら営業中。
うな重を注文しました。上にしたのでサラダ、小鉢などが付きます(^ω^)

暑かったこの日は、プレミアムエビスでぷはっとひとりおつかれ。
お通しの枝豆に、ポテトサラダと切り干し大根の小鉢もいただきながら、鰻を待ちます(゜∀゜)
うな重が到着しました。
肝吸いの肝はぷりっと大ぶり。いい出汁がでてます(^o^)ノノシ
香ばしく焼けた鰻は、パリッとして中はふんわり。
すっきりとしたタレが、脂の乗った身によく合って、口の中にとけていきます。
