Uekin-san, located a little further back from Kashiwa Shrine, is a 50-year-old shop in the city that changes frequently. When I got close, I found it easily because it was on the first floor. The inside of the store has a counter and a tatami room, and it has a warm atmosphere that feels like returning to your grandma's house in a good way. The menu was simple, and although I was hungry, I ordered the eel bowl for 2,000 yen just in case. My partner orders Unaju (3,800 yen) and waits excitedly at the tatami room. Small dish of pickles and eel came first! Then the main dishes, eel and liver soup, are brought out one after another. I was happy that the eel bowl also came with pickles and liver soup, even though the price was low! ! The moment you open the lid, the aroma of the fragrant sauce will whet your appetite. I was surprised by the volume of the eel bowl! A larger half of the body is on top! The rice, which couldn't be hidden by the eel, was mixed with the sauce properly, which also gave it a high point. You can't help but smile when you stuff your mouth with eel! This is delicious. The fluffy flesh has a sweetness to it, but is so soft that the sauce clings to it and disappears. eat with relish. The pickles have an elegant salty taste and are refreshing after eating the eel. After all, liver sucking goes well with it. It's stable. To be honest, I thought it might not be enough, but I was very satisfied with the volume! If you are satisfied with Gyudon (Beef bowl), we recommend the eel bowl.It is a restaurant that you would definitely want to visit again!
