柏の隠れた名店。生きた鰻を捌いて目の前で調理してくれる老舗。
割きたての鰻を待つ間に、酒とアテでじっくり待つ。
鰻は旨味が濃くてふんわりと柔らかな仕上がり。
タレの甘さが少し目立つが、これは好みの問題か。
個人的には嫌いじゃない。
いつ行っても静かな時間が流れていて、昼に一人飲みをするのに最適。
カウンターで生きた鰻が捌かれていくのはライブ感満点です。
