まずは、鶏レバ刺しを。くさみのない新鮮なレバは、口の中にとろりととろけていきます(o゜▽゜)o
ササミユッケ。弾力のあるササミ刺しに、ごま油の効いた甘辛いタレと卵黄がとろり\(^▽^)
串は、砂肝、ささみ、レバー、もも、軟骨。コリコリの砂肝に、口の中でほろりと解けるレバも美味。
ハツの素揚げごまだれ。香ばしく素揚げした、適度な弾力のハツの旨みをごまだれが優しく包みますヽ(´▽`)/
手羽は香ばしくてジューシー、トマト巻きもアツアツで美味。
大串のかもねぎ間は、フランス産のマグレカナールを使っているそう。
