Dinner at Kashiwa ♪ BushWood. This is a wine bar that opened in Izumi-cho this year. I've been curious about it for a while, and I was finally able to come. Thanks for the dry sparkling wine, Cerabolo. Many menu items have S size, and prices are reasonable. Even if you come alone, it looks like you'll have a lot of fun (^ω^) *Click on the menu image to enlarge it. First up was four types of herb salad and Hiroshima prefecture oyster escabeche. The salad of cilantro, garland chrysanthemum, mizuna, and bean sprouts has a strong cilantro and rich onion dressing. Large Oyster marinated in nanban, refreshing and go well with sparkling wine (゜∀゜) Stuffed zucchini with meat. Tender ground meat with the sweetness of zucchini with a nice texture. The sprinkled powdered cheese brings out the aroma (^o^) The nonoshi salmon confit is moist and smooth. The yogurt sauce goes perfectly with the melted salmon fat in the 45 degree oil ヽ(´▽`)/ Gizzard shad stewed in white wine. The well-cooked gizzard has the softest texture I've ever had. I can't help but dip the baguette into the black pepper soup (・∀・) Oven-roasted lamb. The fragrant lamb chops were perfectly cooked and tender. With pepper and salt, you can simply enjoy the flavor of meat (≧∇≦)/ Cold pasta with fresh tomatoes and tuna. Al dente thin noodles are mixed with gazpacho-style chilled tomato sauce. The umami of the tuna and the refreshing acidity of the fresh tomato. It was a cool pasta that is only available in summer, and I was very satisfied ~(o゜▽゜)o There are still many menu items that I'm curious about. I want to come again o(^▽^)o
