A hidden wine bar located 6 minutes walk from Kashiwa Station. The inside of the store has a chic interior with a counter seat and two table seats. I was guided to a counter seat and ordered what the friendly owner recommended. 3 Oyster from Okayama Prefecture, fresh and rich and milky! It had no smell and was easy to eat. Each piece was large and filling. They served me one lol Soft Shrimp It was a large shrimp and was delicious with the shell on from head to tail. It was good that there was no shell left in my mouth. Broccoli and asparagus alioli sauce The garlic is elegant. Stewed beef cheeks in red wine The meat falls apart easily and is low in fat, so it goes well with sauces. Oven-roasted lamb This meat is also tender and easy to peel from the bone! It's slowly baked in the oven at a low temperature. It was a nice rare touch. Assortment of 3 types of sausages It looks like deer, duck, and boar meat are stuffed in the shop! I enjoyed tasting and comparing the different flavors of each. Personally, the wild boar was the most delicious. Pana shellfish steamed in white wine It looked so delicious that I forgot to take a picture of the Pana shellfish. Pana shell stock and white wine are a perfect match. Ragout Pasta Plenty of ingredients such as meat and olives The olives were a nice spice.
