柏駅から5分程度。
東口よりはお店が少ないけど良店が多い西側。
お料理がどれも凝っていて 新鮮だし美味しい。
シメサバは脂のりが最高でした。
シメ加減は控えめですので 刺身寄りな感じが 言い感じ。口に広がる旨味と脂。最高！
鶏肉は せせりと砂肝。どの料理にも添えられるお塩とワサビ、せせりはやっぱりワサビかなぁ。
砂肝は 胡麻油塩が 合います。
胡麻油って風味が豊かなので砂肝のコリコリした噛み応えに負けない 調味料。おうちでも真似してみよ。
お通しのお野菜には好きな味噌を選ばせて貰えます。
ゆず味噌と生山椒を選びました(お一人ひとつ)
椎茸のバター焼きは 必ず食べたい好物☆
炙りアボカド。これがまた大きなアボカドで美味しかったです。
ビールに始まり 『風の森』へ
この日本酒あるだけで 良い店だと思っちゃいました。
