柏駅から少し離れたところにある魚系の居酒屋さん。
三協スタジアムでのサッカー観戦後、あいているお店だったのでお邪魔した。
（コロナ禍でまだまだ早く店じまいするところが多かった）
ビールにお通し「魚肉つみれぽん酢」。
これがけっこうおいしかった。料理も期待だ。
熟成魚（のお刺身）、初めていただきます。
ひらまさと桜ぶりをチョイス。
ぴかぴかして弾力があるのとは違い、とろとろした歯ごたえ。
臭みはなく、魚の味が濃くなっているような。旨味が引き立っているということか。
塩より、ちょこっと醤油をつけるのが私の好み。
刺身自体も分厚くて、なかなか食べ応えある。
里芋の唐揚げは、しっかり衣がついて竜田揚げのよう。
衣の味はベビースターラーメンに似ているような。しっかりと味がついている。
ほくほくとろとろの芋がおいしい。
和風フライドポテトだな。スナック感覚にしては贅沢！
なす田楽。
焦げ目の甘い味噌とふっくらナスが美味しい。
一口大に切られているので食べやすいのもよい。
熱々だったが、最初からちょこちょこと食べられた。
だし巻き卵もおいしかった。
かなりジューシーで味しっかりのだし巻き。
平たいだし巻き卵って珍しいかも。
店内は賑やか元気系で、ちょっと雑多な感じ。
日本酒ラベルがずらりと貼られた壁は見応えあった。
電灯が白色系で、ちょっと寒々しい印象なのがもったいなかった。
寒い中での観戦だったこともあり、ビールよりも熱燗がすすんだ。
いろいろおいしくいただきました。
