11時30分開店後すぐに到着しましたが、すでに先客が数名、、何とか入れました。
店内は真ん中に厨房があり、ぐるっとカウンターで囲まれた仕様。奥にテーブル席が少し。
共に限定10食の 刺身定食 1600円、いくら丼の定食 1100円を注文。
◼️刺身定食
刺身(カンパチ、シマアジ、イシダイ、各二切れ、ネギトロ)
どれも注文が入ってから捌いて刺身にしているみたいで、コリコリして甘みがあり、美味しかったです(^-^)ｳﾏｰ
小鉢ものも4種ついていてどれも美味しい(^q^)
お吸い物は出汁がしっかりと感じられ、柚子の香りも良いです♪
ご飯も美味しい！
◼️いくらの定食
丼での提供ではなく、イクラは別皿なのがポイント高いです♪
イクラがぬるくなってしまいますし、ご飯そのものも味わえませんから。
小粒で塩味醤油控えめ、とても食べやすいイクラでした♪
卵も濃厚でイクラとご飯に合います(^-^)
普段は魚卵控えめにしていますが、ここでは解禁です( ≧∀≦)ノﾔｯﾀｰ
他のメニューも食べてみたいです！
