味はそこそこですが、色々問題のあるお店でした。
12月5日(日)14時に初訪問しました。
柏市のこちらには以前はおいしいパスタの店があったのですが昨年9月に閉店し、その跡地に最近別のピザやパスタのチェーン店ができたのです。
（気になったこと）
ビールを頼んだら、ビールだけ持ってきてグラスがない。
コールを呼んでも、なかなかこない。
やっと来た店員にグラスを持ってきてもらいました。
メニューとは別の品が配膳されたが、似ているので会計まで気づかなかった。
頼んだのは、たらこクリームパスタ（４枚目のメニュー参照）ですが、たらこは少しでイカがたくさん入っています。
どうもイカが多いなあ、メニューにはイカとは書いていなかったのにと思っていたのですが。
会計時にもらったレシート（最後の写真）にはイカとたらこのクリームパスタとありました。
これで合点がいきました。
わたしはイカは好きなのでよかったのですが、もし苦手な人だったらどうしたのでしょうか。
メニューと似てはいるものの、別の品が配膳されたのは初めてでした。
気づいたのは店を出てからで、戻って一言言おうかと思いましたがいやな思いをするのはいやなのでやめました。
パスタは生パスタにしました。
この場所に前あったモンテローザ（ケイホクスーパー 柏店の系列）の生パスタはおいしかったのですが、それと比べると、生パスタ特有のもっちり感が弱いですね。
たまにはと思って来ましたが、やはりチェーン店は好きじゃないなと思いました。
久しぶりにあきれた店を経験しました。
こういう店を経営していても会社は利益を出していけるんだなと思いました。

千葉県柏市のイタリアンチェーンです。
当店は以前訪問して、感心できない点があったので避けていました。
リニューアルしたそうなので2回目の訪問をする気になりました。
パスタを食べたかったのですがあまり種類がありません。
たっぷりシラスとアオサのペペロンチーノ660円
出てきたのは生パスタらしきものですが、あまり出来がよくありません。
似たようなパスタを別のチェーン店で食べたことがあります。
チャージ330円を取るのも納得感がありませんね。
