柏駅から徒歩5分以内のビルにある鉄板焼き。
母のお誕生日祝いで利用しました。
シックな隠れ家のような雰囲気にわくわくです。
スペシャルコース(18,900円)をオーダー。
飲み物のメニューは、ビール、ワイン、ウイスキーなどそれぞれ種類豊富で、田酒や作などの日本酒も。見ているだけで楽しいですね！
ビールと日本酒で乾杯して、コーススタートです。
・前菜の盛り合わせ
松前漬け、胡麻豆腐、わらさの幽庵焼きなど。
1品1品丁寧に作られている感じがして嬉しい！
・本日の薄造り、茶碗蒸し
2品目。お刺身は身がしまっていて田酒とよく合います。茶碗蒸しの優しい味に癒されながら、ビールと日本酒がすすみます♪
・鮑の鉄板焼き
オマール海老か鮑を選べますが2人とも鮑を。
目の前でジュージュー焼いてくれ、ソースに絡めてつやつやになって完成です。料理の工程をライブで味わえるのも鉄板焼きならではでいいですね！身が厚くてこりこりしていて絶品でした！
・黒毛和牛のサーロイン、フィレの鉄板焼き
焼く前にお肉を披露してくれ、鉄板焼き開始です。
脂の乗ったお肉を目の前で焼いてくれ、食欲も最高潮！サーロインはじゅわっと旨みの乗った脂が口の中に広がり、フィレはとにかく柔らかい。2種類味わえるのはとても嬉しいです！
〆に炊き込みご飯、コーヒー、パンナコッタ。お腹いっぱいなはずなのに最後までおいしくたいらげました。
落ち着いた雰囲気で、会話を楽しみながらおいしい食事と向き合える素敵なお店でした。
