柏駅から徒歩数分。
一階にソフトバンクが入っているビルの4階にあるお寿司屋さんです。
予約して訪問しました。
L字型のカウンター席から個室まで充実しており、清潔感のある心地よい空間でした。

握りに関しては、総じて赤酢のシャリが美味しいお店でした。特に中トロなどの甘い脂と相性抜群です。
その他印象深かったのは、ねっとりとした舌触りに竹炭が香る白イカや、コリコリ食感のつぶ貝、紫蘇と胡麻香るトロたく巻きなどです。
これだけ種類豊富な握りや一品料理を食べられてこの値段というのは、かなりコスパが良いと思いました。
気遣い上手な大将と上質な空間で、落ち着いて食事ができ良かったです。
