柏駅からすぐ近くにあるお鮨屋さんへ
こちらのお鮨屋さんの大将は、実家がお鮨屋さん。
小さい頃から酢飯を作ったり、職人の仕事を見てきた鮨のサラブレッドのお店です☺️
2022年に出来たばかりなので、とても綺麗なお店！
今回は、極みおまかせ握りコースを。
お鮨や一品料理、お肉料理まで入った盛りだくさんなコースです♡
特に感動したのは、大トロ炙りとカスゴダイ！
大トロは脂が多いから炙りが一番美味しいと、すごく丁寧に炙ってくれた大トロ。
普段だと重たいと感じる事もあるけど、口の中でとろけて炙っているので脂も必要以上に強く感じずすごく美味しかった♡
カスゴダイは、上に酢おぼろが乗っていて細部までとても手がこんでる
お鮨と酢おぼろは初めてだったけど、こんなに合うんだとびっくりでした！
お鮨屋さんですが、オリーブ牛のサーロインもコースに入っており、最後まで色んなお料理を楽しむ事が出来て大満足！
大将も気さくで、お鮨にまつわる色んなお話が聞けてとても楽しかったです♡
