The course costs about 10,000 yen and can be completed in about 30 minutes. Perhaps it was because it was a last-minute reservation, but I could sense that they wanted to finish it quickly. It was very delicious, but I think it would have been nice if they could have communicated a little more. Also, when serving the sushi, there was no explanation about where the fish was used, or when serving the appetizers and chawanmushi, so I could imagine what was in it, but there was no explanation given when serving the appetizers and chawanmushi.
