Food We offer authentic Edomae Sushi using seasonal Seafood purchased from the market.
We use seasonal Seafood purchased from Toyosu Market, and cook while carefully checking the condition of the ingredients. We offer different thicknesses, cuts, and seasonings to suit the material. Sushi is woven with skill and features a special sushi rice made with a blend of three types of red vinegar.The rice used is Kashiwa's ``Koshihikari,'' so you can enjoy the mellow taste and aroma. Instead of adding soy sauce, try it with just salt and sauce. Today we have 3 types of carefully selected nigiri. Please enjoy it to your heart's content while also enjoying other special items.

When it comes to wines that you can pick up to match your meal or mood, we purposely select wines that prioritize taste, regardless of the region of origin. We offer two varieties of red and white at reasonable prices, starting at around 800 yen per glass. In addition to Meat Dishes, we also have items that are perfect for pairing with Japanese-style meal, so feel free to try them out. We also have a selection of 6 to 8 types of Japanese sake, carefully selected from all over the country.
