Kashiwa Plaza Hotel ANNEX basement floor. Saizeria is across the street. The building is such that you can't see the inside at all, so you don't know if it's empty or full. Since I had made a reservation in advance (lunch time), I was shown to my seat without having to wait. There was a group of 5-6 people seated next to each other, so it was a little noisy. I can't help it though. It's not a big floor, but it's mostly full. Even though it's lunch time, there is no such thing as a set menu. Be sure to order a drink with the one-drink system. A la carte: ★Grilled chicken ★Cheese fondue (minimum 2 servings) ★Snowy mountain Caesar salad ★Soft drink since we are driving.There is no assortment of cheese fondue ingredients, so we choose each item individually. (Packets, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, etc.) Plenty of ingredients. The cheeses are carefully selected to match each menu and are rich and delicious. In particular, the ``Yukiyama Caesar Salad'' has a thick layer of cheese shaved on top of the salad. One of the best parts of Cheese Dishes is the performance performed by the staff in front of your eyes. This cheese has a smooth texture and is not sticky and is very delicious. Of the several dishes I ate, this was the one that left the biggest impression on me. Apparently it's a cheese made in Italy, and it's said that every household must have at least one. The store clerk's older brother explained things in detail, which was very educational for me as an amateur who thinks all cheeses are the same. It was a completely different salad, and it was so delicious that I remembered it even after I got home. You'll want to try other menu items as well. I enjoyed the lively atmosphere inside the store, with all the staff being courteous. I think it would be more fun at night. It was a feast.
