ゴールデンウィーク終盤。
松戸駅西口で昼飲み後にラーメンを食べたくなり
食べログで近場の良さそうな所を調べてから訪店。
太麺や魚介系強めなラーメンは普段食べないけど、ちょっと飲んだ後は濃い目を試したくなった次第。
15:00前到着で、5人くらい並んでました。
初のお店なので、スタンダードに
ラーメン980円
半ライス120円
を選択。
間もなく食券を買って着席。
調味料の種類はは少なめ。醤油、酢、黒胡椒、一味。
太麺だとちょっと茹で時間長めだな∼と思いつつ少々待った後に着丼。
普段見ない濃さ・色と太さに、おおっ!と思いつつすすると、「こりゃ原価率高いな!」という味わい。
コシのある麺と濃い魚介のマッチングも◎。
よって半ライスをつけたのも正解。
この濃さと味わいだったらニンニクとか白胡椒とかいらないな（余り効かないな）と納得。
美味しくいただきました。
