We arrived at "RS" in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. According to our research on Tabelog, this restaurant seems to be quite popular, and there is always a line at lunchtime. It seems to be less crowded at night, so we went there around 7:30pm on a weekday. Luckily, our timing was good, as there were two other groups of customers ahead of us and there was a seat available! After us, more and more customers came in around 8pm, so it is definitely popular at night. As expected, we ordered a real burger, a bacon cheeseburger, a dry ginger ale and a coke. The interior of the restaurant is very tasteful and very cute, and the seating arrangement is somehow relaxing. It seems to be made carefully, but it took quite a while for the burger to arrive. According to our research, the bun is from the very popular bread store Zopp. It is well-cooked and has seeds on top. It is cooked just right so that you can poke the skewer in with a popping sound. The flavor of the meat comes out and it is as you would expect from a popular restaurant. Burgers are delicious after all! That was what I felt while visiting the 100 famous restaurants that night.
