大体は美味いんだが、鱧の湯引きは勉強しましょう。
最近東京でも鱧出す様になったが、今ひとつ。
元々食べる文化がないのは分かりますが、皆に食べてもらい、売り上げ伸ばすならもっと頑張りましょう。
