個々の料理は全て家庭料理である。
しかし奥に何かもう1つ位の高いの味やにおいが潜んでいる。
飲み込んだ後の清涼感や癖のなさもよい。
市場にある定食屋だからか、新鮮なのかもしれない。
鮭の定食、鮭は香ばしく皮まで食べれるし、油もしつこくない。
コロッケは中に枝豆という工夫、付け合わせの茄子もご飯が進む。
量はかなり多いが男性なら大丈夫かも。
