松戸の粋な割烹
松戸に出来た比較的新しいお店。
常連様で賑わっていて、少しこじんまりとした割烹。
美人ママと粋なご主人の掛け合いが愉しい。
お通しはいつも綺麗でいいな。
メニューは気になるものばかりだが、
なるべくご主人にお任せしたほうがよさそうだ。
ハモやカツオなどメニューに無いものを提供してくれる。
銀だらはお隣の常連さんが食べていて美味しそうだったので思わず注文。
自家製味噌がいい味。
牛すじはグツグツして登場。かなり甘めの味付けだ。
どれも全体的に濃い味付けなので酒がすすむ。
松戸の粋な割烹という印象なので、通いたいお店だな。

駅近だが値段は高すぎず、
カウンターで一人でも個室で複数人でも利用できるお店。
が、割烹では珍しく全席喫煙可能なので、嫌煙家はオススメできないお店。
変な居酒屋行くより断然オススメで、
お通しは3種類もあって見た目も味も満足な逸品。

○京都産新たけのこ焼き
○新じゃがいもバタークリーム煮
○キンキ塩焼き
○ノドグロ煮魚
魚料理はかなりレベル高いが、
他に何食べても美味くて、酒飲みのツボを押さえている感じの料理店。
松戸でちょっと粋に飲み食いしたい時にはオススメな一軒。
