またまた松戸からオシャレな割烹のご紹介です♪
松戸駅西口から歩いて3～4分くらい、通りを1本入ったところにある『Kappou 結』さん。カッポウ ゆいという小料理屋、居酒屋の部類になるかな～この場所は前はお饅頭屋さんがあったところですね。
外観は"洗練された"という表現が一番しっくりくるかな～？敢えて無機質な造りで都会的な印象を与えられます。小さめの看板があるだけなのでお見落としのないよう気をつけましょう♪
店内に入ると、すでに先客さんたちが数組いて、危うく座り損ねるところでした！これはすでに人気店のニオイが。。。♪
カウンターにはお酒の瓶が並んでいて、席に座るとオシャレなセッティングも♪他の方のレビューを見たところ、箸置きなんかも自分の時とは違っていて、なかなか楽しませてくれる憎い気配りですね～。
お通し3点から始まり、
本日の鮮魚5点盛り 1800円、トロサービス♪
熊本産 新筍焼き 900円、
生蛸柔らか煮 650円、
霜降り牛肉の炙り 赤岩塩にて 1000円、
銀鱈の西京焼き オリジナル味噌 1000円。
食材から調理センス、器、それから料理のネーミングにも品があり、高級感が漂っていて～かなりハイセンス、ハイレベルなお店かと思います♪まだまだレビューは少なめなようですが…近場に本当に良いお店を見つけました！！

こちらも約1年ぶりのKappou結さん。
もうお通しからレベルの違いを見せつけられますね！
熊本産新たけのこ焼き 900円、
天然 大蛤の塩焼き 2個 900円、
刺身盛り合わせ 2人前、
お通し、
マコカレイの煮付 800円、
前回の時の方がお刺身は良かったかも…いやただ前回が良すぎただけかな～？
