We visited early on a weekday evening, but there were already many customers there. We sat at the counter, but there were people sitting next to us who were visiting for the first time, and the master and mama-san's wonderful service created an atmosphere where we could talk to other customers like in a bar, and we all enjoyed delicious food and drinks so much that we wanted to stay for hours. The master has a lot of knowledge and a wide range of topics, and I respected him for being able to handle any conversation. The mama-san is very attentive and casually asked us when our drinks were running low, and she is a very kind mama-san. We sat at the counter with a woman who was visiting for the first time, and the master and mama-san casually created a comfortable atmosphere. We were having so much fun that we ended up staying for a long time. It is such a cozy restaurant. There is a wide variety of alcohol, and all of the delicate dishes prepared by the master, who was the chef, were delicious. The deep-fried fugu was soft and didn't shrink at all even though it was deep-fried, and the sashimi and raw Oyster were fresh and delicious. I'd like to come again.
