和食の出汁のような日本人の舌と胃に優しく沁みるスープのラーメンを化学調味料を一切使用せずに作っております。
2018年現在の製法では「煮干し、昆布、しいたけ」のみで作る純煮干しのスープでご用意しております。
店主1人で切り盛りする小さなお店ですが、のんびりとお話しでもしながらお食事に来ていただけると嬉しく思います！
