　新京成電鉄新京成線五香駅西口ビルを出て、右斜め方向へあること徒歩２～３分、インシュランスビル１階にお店を構えますラーメン店『麵屋むどう』さん、煮干し系ラーメンの雄と知られるお店でもあります。
　「醤油らーめん」（税込900円）を、チケットベンダーにて購入しました。席に着いてメニュー表を見ますと、各メニューのカロリー・タンパク質・脂質・炭水化物について詳しく書かれています。ちなみに醤油らーめんは、614kcal・18g・29g・70gとなっています。麺量は150g、比較的ヘルシー路線であります。
　やって来たラーメンは、澄んだ醤油スープ、香る煮干し感、チャーシューはスライダーで切り立て＆レンチンで温められています。なんか理想的なラーメンでした。

化学調味料不使用の和出汁のラーメン。

和食の出汁のような日本人の舌と胃に優しく沁みるスープのラーメンを化学調味料を一切使用せずに作っております。
2018年現在の製法では「煮干し、昆布、しいたけ」のみで作る純煮干しのスープでご用意しております。
店主1人で切り盛りする小さなお店ですが、のんびりとお話しでもしながらお食事に来ていただけると嬉しく思います！
