H27.10 初訪問。
松戸ではメジャーなキャバクラ&居酒屋ビルの２階のお店。
松戸では結構貴重なお好み焼きのお店です。
まず大事なのは、
①お店の人が作ったお好み焼きを、各テーブル保温用の鉄板に運ばれて頂くスタイル。
自分で焼きたいなら他店へ。もへじやとか。
②もんじゃ焼きは無い。
平日の夜、結構すいてました。
あ、カウンターもあるのね！美味しかったら一人で来るのもアリですなー。
まずビールとシーザーサラダ、鳥のからあげ、コーネの塩焼き等をオーダー。
そういえば、野菜のメニューが少ないと思った。動物性たんぱく質のメニューが多い。
一品もののメニューも鉄板上に配置される。
すのこみたいなものが間に置かれて加熱されるのを防ぐ。サラダも特に温まってしまったという印象はないです。
シーザーサラダや唐揚げは無難に美味しい。
コーネの塩焼き
コーネとは牛前足近くの希少部位らしいが、初めて聞きましたね。
冷凍された薄いお肉が鉄板で焼かれてます。
最後に余計な油をジューっと絞ってます。
基本的には上質な肉のようですが、焼肉ではないので、なんとなく香ばしさが無いよね。
880円と少しお高め。
さぁ、お好み焼き。
やはり焼いてるのを見れるのは楽しいですね。
思ったのは、しっかり麺を焼くなぁ、ということ。
他レビュアーさんの書かれた麺の固さの由来ですね。
チリトリみたいなやつで運ばれてきました。
おー、うまそーう。
あんなにあったキャベツがペッタンコ。
頂いてみると。。。ほほー、美味しいですな。
麺のパリパリ感、僕は好きです。
そしてどこからか、スゴくダシを感じます。生地かなぁ。
他メニューにも言えるのですが、そこまで味が濃すぎないのも嬉しい。見た目は濃そうでしたが。
焦がしネギマヨを追加。
やはり広島焼きにハマったので。大阪風は次回食べてみることにした。
青ネギのせてマヨかけたらバーナーでゴーっと火炙り。
配膳されたものは実はそれほど焦げてなかったですが。こちらも美味しいー。
思ったより満足感の高いお店でした。
ソース味ではないモノがあるとまた違った楽しみ方が出来そうなんだけどなぁ
近場でカウンター広島焼き、これはハマりそう。
