新京成線みのり台駅から徒歩5分、
以前は麺や亀壱という名前で
営業していたと思う。
今は麺割烹亀壱と名前を変えて
営業しているようだ

麺割烹・・・蕎麦屋で酒を飲むようにラーメン屋で酒を飲むのかな？
今、ひとつピンと来ないけど行ってみよう！
時間は平日の13時過ぎ、ランチタイム後だからか...
麺のコシがあり非常に美味しいです
スープは醤油ラーメンを少しジャンキーめにした感じでした
当方醤油ラーメンでおなかいっぱいで満足できるか不安でしたが、満足感かなりありました
醤油ラーメン、煮卵。美味しかったです。次回は別のラーメンを食べたい。
