This time, I visited Echigo Matsudo, which is located on the 2nd floor of the building on the right after exiting the west exit of Matsudo Station. When I entered the store, I was guided to a seat in a private room. A modern Japanese atmosphere where you can enjoy Japanese-style meal in a casual atmosphere.Many Japanese-style meal restaurants are difficult to enter, but casual restaurants like this one are also good. First, we toasted with beer and ordered salads and appetizers.The food seemed to be selling Echigo mochi pork and Niigata cuisine.I immediately ordered mochi pork shabu shabu, kakuni, and fried Tochio.These were quite delicious. It was an elegant piece of meat with good quality and just the right amount of sweetness. There were many different types of sake, so I ordered a few and shared them with a friend. Japanese Japanese-style meal and sake go really well together. I was very impressed with the staff's final farewell. I would definitely like to go again.
