西口、駅から5分ほど離れた場所にある和食の創作料理屋さん。
気になる並びにあるお店も気になったのですが、いいお酒と美味しいものが食べたくなったのでこちらのお店に決めました。
18時ころと早めの入店でしたが、予約されている方が多いようでカウンターへと案内されました。
店内のボードにはおすすめ料理、日本酒がいろいろと書かれています。
日本酒は半合でも注文ができるものもあるみたいでいろいろと楽しめるのはいいですね。
まず、お通しで頂いたとうもろこしの豆腐の美味しさにびっくりしました。
なめらかでしっかりととうもろこしの味がしておりお通しいただいた時点でここにしてよかったと笑
濃厚出汁巻き玉子
三元豚の味噌焼き
が食べたかったのでこの2つをメインに考え、あとはゆっくりと飲みながら注文
三元豚はじっくりと焼いておりとても柔らかくおいしい。
オーナーさんがお一人で調理をしているので提供は一品ずつ、ゆっくりと食事ができます。
こちらの様子をうかがいながら出してくださいます。
店員さんの対応もよく、あまりお忙しくないときならば会話も楽しめそうといった良い雰囲気でした。
ランチもやられているので次回はランチ、コースでもお伺いしたいと思います。
