The sweet homemade sauce goes perfectly with the specially cultivated rice "Hitomebore" from Kitakami, Iwate Prefecture. We offer different menus depending on the size, such as top, special, and super. Depending on your appetite for the day, you can also choose from ``Tsuru'' or ``Turtle,'' which are limited to 20 servings.
