土曜日の昼過ぎに友人と二人で訪問。
先月初めて伺った際に、ハズレがなかったので、
２カ月連続で伺っちゃいました。
私的感想では、成田というところは、
昼から開いているお店は観光客をターゲットにした、味と料金がアンバランスな店が多く、
地元の常連さんを相手にしている美味しいお店は夜からの営業形態、
と認識していました。
しかしこちらのお店は、昼からオープンして中休みなしの営業で、
昼の食事を提供しながらも、飲み客にもしっかり対応してくれるありがたいお店。
まだ2回の訪問なのであれもこれも食べたわけではないが、イチオシは『三日皮』。
博多名物の鶏皮のようなものだが、千葉では食べられるお店が少ないので、皮好きの自分には嬉しい。
料理は串焼きと鶏料理が中心のようだが、旬の食材を使った一品料理も多数あって、今のところハズレはありません。
お酒は全国の地酒がいくつかあり、幅広い客層に対応してます。
この日は他に串焼き、鰯の天ぷら明太子などをアテに、ビール、レモンサワー、地酒(この日は酔鯨)をいただき、ほろ酔いでお店をあとにしました。
