土曜 18:30～21:00は「鶏の骨」ブランドで営業 |
成田駅チカの鶏白湯の名店。トライラーメン大賞の鶏白湯部門では殿堂入り。以前から宿題にしていたのですが時間が合わず未訪問でした。今回成田で仕事が金曜日にあったために嬉しい初訪問です。
鶏白湯ラーメン(塩)と半チャーハンを注文。
3分程で着丼。ラーメンは濃厚クリーミーで、これぞザ鶏白湯。具材は茹でキャベツ、海苔、キクラゲ、葱、低温調理の鶏チャーシュー。麺もスープに合う中太タイプ。洗練された一杯。ただ、この味は模倣しやすく、他店でも今やお馴染みに近いかもしれない。
チャーハンはパラパラチャーハンの極み。チャーハンも食べて良かった。
成田に行くことがあったら寄るべきラーメン店。しかし夜の成田は大賑わい。こんなに人が多いのはインバウンドの影響か？外人は店にはいなかったけど。
