土曜 18:30～21:00は「鶏の骨」ブランドで営業 |
近くにはラーメン屋さんも多数あるが、界隈で1位であること、また大会でも殿堂入りしているという事で訪問させて頂きます。
13時過ぎていますが客席は半分埋まっている、着席後も待ちが並びました。
オーダーは、鶏白湯の塩に味玉。鶏白湯の中では、濃いめのスープと思いました。
ガツンとパンチの効いた鶏白湯…替玉のペペロンチーノもオーダー。これは、スープに入れなくても食べられそうな香りがします。そして、匂って食してなるほど！ぺぺか…これはぺぺだ。
スープは塩気で飲み干せない…見えない底の具材をずっとサルベージしてしまった。替玉で味変の2度美味しい…それはそれは、愉快でした。
