土曜 18:30～21:00は「鶏の骨」ブランドで営業 |
11時半オープンで少し過ぎた辺りで店着すると中の待合席まで満席状態。一回転目の為、20分程度待機。店内で5分ほど待機してる間に注文を聞かれ、特製鶏白湯ラーメン塩、チャーシュー丼を注文。
特製鶏白湯ラーメンは1280円ということで少し高い印象でしたが、4,5種類のチャーシューが入っていたので納得。ラーメンの味は鶏白湯の中ではあっさりしていて食べやすい反面、インパクトが少ないと感じました。
チャーシュー丼は写真でも伝わると思うような光った感じで、肉もタレも非常に美味しかったです。
一点気になったのが、レジはiPadでキャッシュレス決済を推奨している為か、現金決済でお釣りが出る場合、店員さんが一言「お釣りを取ってきますので少々お待ち下さい」と言って裏に下がり5秒程度で戻ってくるのですが、コインカウンターがあっても良いのではと感じました。
