鶏白湯、醤油と塩で選べます。
断然、塩がおすすめです。
まるでポタージュスープをいただいているような、まろやかで優しいコクを感じます。
普段、ラーメンのスープは飲まないのですが、ついついレンゲをのばしてしまいます。
（それに、不健康そうな味でもないのです。）
この年でも、初めての味覚に出会えるのだなと嬉しくなりました。
また、チャーハンを頼むと、大将の美しい中華鍋さばきを見られます。
チャーハンも当然ながらおいしかったです。
