千葉県成田市でランチを食べました。
お店は成田山参道の成田山新勝寺総門の少しだけ東側の角っこにあります。
美津多と右から左に書かれた歴史を感じる看板が目印です。
店名は多津美です。
成田で午後から仕事で、予定よりかなり早く着き時間があったので、健康祈願とコロナ禍が早く終息するよう成田山にお参りしました。
参拝の後に食べログで成田山参道のお店を探していると鰻の有名店などがありましたが、総門の近くに孤独のグルメに出た蕎麦屋があったので行って来ました。
お店に入るとテーブルとお座敷があり２階にもお座敷があるようで、１階と２階を合わせると１００席くらいあるようです。
メニューは天麩羅蕎麦、鴨蕎麦、にしんそば、鳥蕎麦、カレー蕎麦、山菜蕎麦、玉子とじそば、かけ蕎麦、おろし蕎麦の温かい蕎麦。
天ざる蕎麦、ざる蕎麦、天せいろ蕎麦、せいろ蕎麦、鴨せいろ、おろし蕎麦の冷たい蕎麦。
うな重、天重、天丼、親子丼、カツカレー、天麩羅定食などの丼物や定食。
その他に蒲焼、天麩羅、焼き鳥、かつ煮、板わさなどの蕎麦前の一品料理もあります。
うな重にしようかとも思いましたが成田山に参拝して時間がそんなに無くなったので、さっと食べられるせいろ蕎麦をお願いしました。
蕎麦は少し細めで二八蕎麦でしょうか？
コシは弱めでそんなに香りは強くありませんが、喉越しの良いつるつる食べられる蕎麦です。
蕎麦つゆは鰹の出汁はよく出ていて、東京の藪蕎麦ほどではないですが醤油が濃く感じるタイプです。
少し甘めなところも東京の蕎麦とは少し違うと思いました。
白濁したかなり濃厚な蕎麦湯は好みです。
蕎麦を食べ終わったら蕎麦つゆに蕎麦湯を入れて飲みました。
無難で普通に美味しい蕎麦でした。
客層はほぼ成田山にお参りしたと思われる人で、夫婦で来ている人が多く年齢層は高く感じました。
蕎麦の前に板わさやにしんの姿煮などをつまみ、お昼からお酒を飲んでいる人がかなりいて羨ましいと思いました。
せいろとミニのうな丼、かつ丼、天丼、焼鳥丼のセットを食べている人もいて美味しそうだったので、今度来る機会があれば食べてみたいと思います。
