JR成田と京成成田駅の間に位置するGrill Meet玄さんに訪問。
焼肉屋さんとジビエとステーキのお店ってお肉ではあるが、同じ業態で入っているのは珍しい。
余談ではあるが、運営元のGENcompanyさんは、成田近辺に焼鳥ともつ鍋の鳥玄さんを展開されている。
お店の外観からインパクト大w。牛が壁に突っ込んでいる。白壁のファザードは清潔感があり、店内に入り口に大型の冷蔵庫に塊肉を展示。店内もシックで質感が高い。個室を利用させてもらったが、ゆったりとしたプライベート空間がありがたい。利用用途はデートからファミリーまで誰とでも可能。
お肉のクオリティは高い。色味サシの入り具合や脂の質、タレの漬具合。バランスが良い。
焼肉メニューは酒呑み向け？さっと食べやすいサイズ感がありがたい。特にハラミの小ぶりなカットは初めて見た。薄く細かい為、タレが染み込み焼き上がりも早い。
半生キムチは白菜の甘みとシャキシャキ感が素晴らしい。このタイプのキムチも食べられる店は稀少。
ステーキの塊肉は、店員さんが焼きにきてくれるので安心。アルバイト店員さんながら笑顔で対応。応対もしっかりしており教育も行き届いていて感心。お肉も見た目通り美味しく塩、わさび、タレを使い分けて堪能。岩塩わさびの組み合わせがお勧め。(トリュフ塩別料金を注文漏れしたが、そちらで食べたかった)価格も2000円前後とデパ地下で買ってもその位するよね？って価格設定でビックリ⁉️
〆に頼んだ冷麺もあっさり出汁でお酒の〆としては満点。

かなりのワインボトルやシャンパーニュを空けて1人1万円強。都心でこの雰囲気でこの食べ方をしたら倍近く取られてもおかしくない。
満足度高かった。ご馳走様でした。
