I made a reservation at 12 o'clock on Saturday and visited the store, and since I had just had a medical checkup, I hadn't eaten breakfast and was hungry. I looked at the lunch menu and chose the Japanese Kiwami 2,290 yen, which was listed as the most popular. Then, the food came in less than 5 minutes. I thought this was already cooked. When I tried it, I found that the tempura was warm, but it was not as crispy as it had been fried. Also, there was sea urchin in the Sushi, and I was happy that I hadn't eaten it recently because it was expensive, so I ate it at the end, but I was a little disappointed because the alum taste was strong, so I told myself that it can't be helped since it's not eaten in season where it is grown.
